Hotel a Penisola di Papagayo

“The hotel was good. I chose to pay at the hotel and they overcharged me. Expedia would not help with this of course, but otherwise the stay was good. It was a reasonable night for one night before I flew out of the country”

“Struttura molto semplice ma in pieno centro. Essendo solo di passaggio e considerato il caldo di Liberia l'ho scelta per l'aria condizionata purtroppo però non c'era, presente solo un ventilatore. Ritengo sia una cosa piuttosto grave. ”

“Leaky toilet at base. Needed new gasket or seal. Made floor wet. Safe did not work. Maintenance man said it was broken. Convenient location and fairly priced. Nice pool.”

“Although the room was small and simple, it was clean, comfortable, and with good A/C. No hot water but who needs it in 33 degree heat. A bit noisy from the adjacent bar, but no problem with ear plugs. Good food in the attached restaurant. The staff were fabulous - friendly and super helpful and went out of their way. ”

“Stayed one night before going back to Canada. Great shower, air conditioner worked very well, very clean room and the beds were great. Reception dude was very helpful in many ways. There is great free parking out front but lots of people park like douches. ”

“Admittedly, we discovered this lodge because our flight from the Liberia airport was unexpectedly cancelled. We had spent a long, awful day at the airport and it was rather late when I booked through Expedia. (The airline had no accommodations planned for travelers. Ufff). I was SO relieved that the staff were willing to stay open late to receive us. They even asked the restaurant staff to stay late so we could all get something to eat before bed. “If you are looking for a place to stay on your first or last night in Costa Rica, do not hesitate to stay here. It is right beside the airport and the car rental agencies. I was we needed to be that close to the airport, but I was glad we did as there can be a lot of traffic through Liberia. The hotel is brand new, clean and has a modern bright design. Continental Breakfast was included in the stay which was appreciated. ”

“Clean, very modest hotel along a road that is quite busy (noisy) during traffic time. Staff very kind and accommodating. On site coffee shop (Ticoffee) offers an interesting menu.”
